Simplex 4004-9302 — 4004R suppression releasing panel in red, listed to UL 864 and ULC S527 for agent release and for deluge and preaction sprinkler control.
This is a releasing panel, not a general purpose fire alarm panel. Two releasing appliance circuits drive and supervise actuator coils; two special purpose monitoring circuits take manual release and abort, or waterflow and supervisory. Thirteen application modes cover single and dual hazard release, deluge and preaction.
- Four Class B IDCs, up to 30 detectors each, 3.3 kΩ end-of-line
- Two Class B NACs and two Class B releasing circuits, each rated 2 A
- 3 A supply at 25.5 VDC with charger for batteries up to 12.7 Ah
- 120 VAC 60 Hz or 220/230/240 VAC 50/60 Hz auto-select; standby 100 mA, alarm 264 mA
- NEMA 1 and IP30 cabinet and door; release delay 0 to 30 seconds
Several things are ordered separately. Two 12 V batteries are required and not supplied. A 2081-9046 coil supervision module is required one per releasing circuit, as is a maintenance switch under NFPA 72. Class A working needs the 4004-9864 adapter. The beige panel is 4004-9301.
