Simplex catalogues this part precisely: in service parts list 579-1006 Rev. C it appears under Door Accessories, immediately after the 4100-2104, -2105, -2106, -2124, -2125 and -2126 plastic door and dress panel assemblies, described as the B Cam Lock for Plastic door. The Johnson Controls product catalogue carries the same wording for PID 266-085. A cam lock is the barrel plus the rotating cam tongue that catches the back box lip. The matching key is the Simplex B key, part 252-019, the same keying used on 2099 break-glass stations.
