Simplex 2088-9010 — MR-201/C multi-voltage control relay, DPDT, single position with cover.
Panels shut down fans, close dampers, drop door holders and recall elevators through auxiliary relays rather than driving those loads directly. The 2088-9010 is the double-pole version, so one panel output transfers two independent circuits. A red LED shows the coil is energized through a viewing port in the cover.

On wording: Simplex calls this track mount with cover, while Air Products and Controls, which builds the MR series, calls the same /C assembly enclosure mounted with an 18 gauge backbox and 1/2 in. knockouts. Dimensions match: one product, two descriptions, and it arrives in its own covered box. Match poles and packaging: 2088-9008 (MR-101/C) is SPDT in the same housing, 2088-9009 (MR-201/T) is DPDT on bare track.
