Simplex 49SOC-WRFIRE — red wall cover lettered FIRE for TrueAlert ES speaker-only notification appliances.
TrueAlert ES splits a wall speaker into separately ordered pieces: the appliance, this cover, a mounting plate and a back box. The appliance holds the electronics and the address; the cover carries the colour and the lettering. That is why Simplex prints the cover as a required line item, not an accessory.
- Red, lettered FIRE, for speaker-only (S/O) wall appliances
- Required when ordering the APPLW models: 49SO-APPLW and the high-fidelity 49HF-APPLW, including the -BA versions
- Non-weatherproof; the cover for weatherproof APPLW-O appliances is 49SOC-WRFIRE-O
- Removable without disturbing the housing
- The appliance it closes is 5-1/2" H × 5" W × 1-1/2" D, rated 32°F to 120°F
The cover tables are long and the numbers differ by a character or two. 49SOC-WWFIRE is the same cover in white, 49SOC-WRALT reads ALERT, 49SOC-WRBLANK has none, and an S/V cover belongs on a speaker-strobe. Mounting plate 49MP-SOWR, back box 49WPBB-SOWR and wire guard 49WG-SOWR are separate orders.
