Siemens XTRI-D — addressable dual-input interface module, part number S54370-B2-A1, with built-in configurable dual isolators.
XTRI-series modules interface direct shorting devices to the signaling line circuit of Siemens Desigo and Cerberus PRO panels. The XTRI-D supervises two separate sets of dry contacts on a single loop address, reporting each independently — the obvious use being a waterflow switch and its own valve tamper switch.
- Dual input, one address, each input reported independently
- Built-in dual isolators meeting NFPA 72 Class X (Style 7); up to 252 devices per loop
- Operating voltage 13 to 32 VDC; maximum average current 950 µA
- Field wiring 18 to 14 AWG; addressed with the Siemens DPU
- 32 to 120 °F (0 to 49 °C), 0 to 95% RH
- UL 864, UL 2572 and UL 2017 Listed; CAN/ULC-S527 and S576; FM Approved
Siblings differ by input count, not by isolator: XTRI-S (S54370-B3-A1) is a single-input monitor and XTRI-R (S54370-B1-A1) a single input with an addressable Form C relay. Siemens does not document it as a replacement for the HTRI-D; the data sheet says only that X-series modules may be interspersed with H-series detectors on a loop, HLIM isolation modules and SBGA-34 audible bases excepted.
