This is a speaker with no strobe: the Siemens ordering table lists its strobe type as none, so there is no candela rating and no strobe circuit. It suits ceiling audio coverage in a voice evacuation or mass notification layout where visible coverage is already satisfied. Siemens rests the case on intelligibility: 300 to 8000 Hz, and UL 464 at 520 Hz for sleeping areas.
