Siemens PAB-ENCL — black one-height-unit (1HU) enclosure for PAD-series power units and the Booster Amplifier.
Siemens builds the PAD-5 range around two universal housings, and the height unit is the sizing term: 1HU is the basic enclosure, 2HU the taller one that will take two main boards and two supplies. Either size is a universal housing usable on any Siemens PAD-series power supply unit and on the Booster Amplifier, which is where the PAB name comes from. Ordered on its own it is the housing line item: the PAD5-6A and PAD5-9A kits are what bundle a PAB-ENCL with a main board and a supply.
