SDi M8 Smoke Centurion — aerosol smoke for the functional testing of smoke detectors, sold in cases of 12 cans.

Functional testing proves that a detector responds to smoke and signals the panel, which a magnet or a self test button cannot do. It is applied by hand or through a Solo dispenser on an access pole, so ceiling detectors are reached from floor level. It is silicone free, because silicone residue builds up in a sensing chamber and degrades it.

UL Listed as Fire Alarm Equipment, category 77TL, Aerosol Smoke Detector Tester
ULC Listed as Automatic Fire Detector Accessory, category 77TL
Silicone free; no CFCs and a low GWP propellant
By hand, or with the Solo 330 dispenser for detectors to 4 in. across and the Solo 332 to 7 in.
Extremely flammable aerosol; GHS signal word Danger, hazard statement H222
Made by Detectortesters, No Climb Products Ltd; supplied by SDi LLC

Do not confuse it with Solo A10 (SOLOA10) and Solo C6 (SOLOC6): both are non flammable where this one is not, and the C6 tests carbon monoxide rather than smoke.
