RSG SP-BB — surface-mount die-cast back box in red finish, the mounting accessory for the RSG SP Series manual fire alarm station.
RSG is Reliable Security Group of Signal Hill, California. An SP station normally lands on a single-gang switch ring inside a recessed junction box. Where the wall cannot be opened up — block, concrete, tile, an existing surface raceway — the SP-BB gives that station a die-cast housing to sit on instead, finished red to match.
