Honeywell Home TH6320WF2003/U — T6 Pro Smart programmable Wi-Fi thermostat for up to 3 heat / 2 cool heat pump or 2 heat / 2 cool conventional systems.
It replaces a conventional wall thermostat and adds schedule and setpoint control from a phone or computer once joined to a wireless network. Dual fuel and auxiliary heat lockout run from either a wired outdoor sensor or internet weather, and the U terminal drives an ERV, HRV or fresh air damper.

The companion on the same submittal is TH6220WF2006, which covers only 2H/1C heat pump systems and has no U terminal or ventilation control. The UWP wall plate is packed in; C7089U1006 outdoor and C7189U1005 indoor sensors are ordered separately.
