Honeywell Home TH6100AF2004/U — T6 Pro Hydronic programmable thermostat for single stage hot water heat only systems, supplied with its floor sensor.
Three control modes are documented. A mode controls ambient air only; F mode controls floor temperature only through the external sensor; and AF mode controls the air while holding the floor between set limits, which protects the floor covering. The AF in the catalogue number is that third mode.

Resideo states that no additional parts are needed before installing: the UWP mounting system and a cover plate are both in the box. The optional C7189U1005 indoor air sensor cannot be used if the floor sensor is used, so it is an alternative and not an addition.
