Notifier NF-FAD is the Fire Alarm Documents (FAD) storage cabinet, red, supplied with a NOTIFIER lock. It is a locked steel box mounted at the fire alarm control unit for keeping printed and digital system records together: as-built drawings, manuals, service records, test and inspection documents, and the panel software and firmware record that NFPA 72 requires to be kept at the control unit location.

Compatibility and installation notes
- The USB-B interface lets a technician upload or download the panel program with a standard USB printer cable.
- The legend sheet records property, system, service, code and AHJ sign-off information and where the required documentation is kept.
- Notifier references NFPA 72 (2007) section 6.2.2.1 for keeping the software and firmware record at the control unit.
