Notifier CA-1 — single-row DVC chassis, occupying one tier of a CAB-4 Series enclosure.
This is a mounting chassis for a Digital Voice Command audio system, not a conduit item and not a multi-piece pack. Notifier catalogs it as CHASSIS, DVC, ONE ROW. Its left side takes one DVC with an optional DVC-KD keypad, while the right side houses a CMIC-1 paging microphone and its well where one is specified. Where a firefighter telephone is wanted with a CA-1, the CFFT-1 chassis mounts in the row directly beneath. A dress plate is ordered separately and is chosen by what the chassis carries.

Do not substitute the two-tier CA-2, which includes a microphone and needs an ADDR-series door, or the CAB-5 chassis C5A-M and C5A-NW.
