Napco RP1054E — backlit digital-display keypad for Napco Magnum Alert burglary control panels.
This is a security and intrusion device, not a fire alarm product: its keypad Fire, Police and Auxiliary panics are burglar-panel panic functions and do not make it a listed fire alarm appliance. Napco specifies it for MA1000e, MA1008e and MA1010 controls, and as the replacement keypad in older MA854, MA1008-series and MA1010-series systems. A 7-segment alphanumeric display carries panel status and zone identification, and it lands on four wires.
- 9.0–13.0 VDC supplied by the control panel; 40 mA typical
- 22 AWG run: 1000 ft for one keypad, 300 ft for five
- 4-3/8" H × 5-7/8" W × 11/16" D
- Replaces an RP854 keypad together with its RPB-1 backplate
Terminal numbers differ by panel, so work from the wiring table rather than from wire colors alone. The two white leads are a remote panic input: if no panic button is fitted, insulate them separately, because shorting them trips a panic alarm.
