LenelS2 LNL-X3300 — intelligent system controller that serves as the field access control engine for an OnGuard system.
The controller holds the cardholder database and decides access locally, so doors keep working when the host link drops. It has no readers or monitored inputs of its own beyond tamper and power-fault supervision; those come from downstream boards.
- Two 2-wire RS-485 ports drive up to 64 modules, 64 doors, 32 per port
- Takes LNL-1100 input, LNL-1200 output, LNL-1300 or LNL-1320 readers
- 15 MB non-volatile flash holds 500,000 cardholders; 50,000 events in backed-up RAM
- AES 256-bit to LenelS2 Series 3 readers and I/O, AES 128-bit to Series 2
- 12 to 24 VDC, 250 mA max; 10-BaseT/100Base-TX Ethernet, second NIC via USB2-OTGE100
- Up to 32,000 access permissions, 255 timezones, 128 elevator floors
- Listed to UL 294 and UL 2610
The plain LNL-3300 is the earlier controller of the same family: its second host path is RS-485, RS-232 or dial-up rather than Ethernet, and its encryption stops at AES 128. The LNL-1320 is a downstream reader board this controller commands, not a substitute.
