Honeywell BP-1 — backplane that carries a single plug-in card controller.
Distributor catalogues list BP-1, BP-2 and BP-4-L9 against one, two and four card controllers in the Honeywell Fire Sentry FS System 10 line — multi-spectral electro-optical flame detection for paint and powder coating booths, not building fire alarm. The FS System 10 manual designates the one-card backplane CCBPMA1-1 and never prints the number BP-1, so that correspondence comes from the trade rather than from Honeywell. Verify it against your system documentation before ordering.
- Every field termination and relay output lands on the backplane, not on the card, and a card controller cannot be used without one
- For the CCBPMA1-1 one-card assembly, manual MN210 gives one card connector and one removable 20-pin screw-down terminal
- CCBPMA1-1 board 9.00" × 3.00" × 0.093", with 0.25" minimum clearance behind
- 24 VDC equipment — 120 or 240 VAC must never reach any terminal
The two-card and four-card backplanes are separate assemblies. No UL or FM listing is claimed for the backplane, and the relay ratings in MN210 belong to the card controller, not to this board.
