Honeywell 06-HN10 — baffle for the Xtralis ICAM IAS air-sampling smoke detector, shaped to suit one specific point-detector range.
The ICAM IAS is an aspirating detector that draws air through a sampling pipe network and past one or two conventional spot detectors held inside its own enclosure. The baffle sits over those detectors and steers the sampled air through them, so the air passes the sensing chamber instead of sweeping around it. Each baffle is moulded for a particular detector model or range and clips into slots in the transparent lid of the housing.
