Hochiki AP7 — hand-held programmer, part number 0700-03500, for addressing Hochiki analog sensors and modules.
Hochiki analog devices ship on a default address, so each must be addressed before it goes on the loop. A detector twists clockwise onto the programmer head; other devices connect through the programming cable jack. The same tool reads a detector analog value, which is how a dirty chamber is caught in the field.

AP7 and 0700-03500 are the same item, not a pair. It addresses devices and reads analog values only, and is not a functional detector tester; anything but a detector head needs a remote programming cable.
