Gamewell-FCI AMM-4SF Addressable Monitor Module
Addressable monitor modules AMM-4SF feature a single Style D, Class A initiating device circuit. They may also be configured as a Style B, Class B initiating circuit with an end-of-line resistor.
These modules provide an address for a group of conventional 2-wire smoke detectors. Any alarm-initiating devices with normally open dry contacts, such as heat detectors, manual stations, linear heat detection devices, water flow switches, 4-wire smoke detectors, and tamper switches, may also be installed in the circuit.
Addressable monitor modules are designed to be installed with the signaling line circuit in any Gamewell-FCI® analog addressable fire alarm control panel. The signaling line circuits of Gamewell-FCI analog addressable panels are designed to accommodate up to 159 monitor modules per circuit.
The initiating device circuit of the module can support a maximum line resistance of up to 25 ohms. This feature allows the use of linear heat detection devices. In addition, it allows the modules to stay in alarm with one smoke detector activated. Addressable monitor modules are designed to be mounted in a 4-inch square box.
Features:
- Accommodates up to 20 conventional 2-wire smoke detectors.
- Provides visual rotary, decimal switch addressing (01 to 159).
- The compact size allows easy installation.
- Displays bi-color LEDs, which flash green whenever the module is addressed and light steady red on alarm*.
- * Only the red LED is operative in panels that do not operate in Velociti® mode.
