Fire-Lite BB-55F — remote battery box housing two 12 V batteries of up to 55 AH, and the mounting for a CHG-75 battery charger.
A Fire-Lite panel carries an internal charger sized for its own cabinet, so a standby calculation calling for larger batteries moves them outside. The BB-55F is the enclosure for that job, and the backbox in which the CHG-75 charger board and chassis mount when the batteries are rated 25 AH or more.
- Houses up to two BAT-12550 batteries, 12 V and 55 AH each
- Also specified for two BAT-12260 batteries, 12 V and 26 AH each
- Box 24.0" wide × 14.0" high × 7.75" deep
- Door 24.125" wide × 14.25" high, adding about 0.063" to the depth
- CHG-75 mounts to the right of the holes at the top of the cabinet
- The CHG-120F remote charging system needs an additional BB-55F for mounting
BB-26 is the smaller sibling at 15.6" × 15.5" × 5.125", holding two BAT-12260 batteries and a CHG-75. Check the finish before ordering: Fire-Lite catalogues BB-55FR and describes it as the same box painted red, and Notifier uses that convention too, NFS-LBB with NFS-LBBR as the red version.
