Edwards HPSA15G2570 — 15-watt double re-entrant loudspeaker in gray for 25 V and 70.7 V lines.
In a warehouse, plant floor or parking structure an ordinary cone speaker runs out of level and intelligibility long before it runs out of coverage. A compression-driver re-entrant horn throws the message down the length of the space, so far fewer devices are needed and the words survive the trip.
- 15 W continuous; 400 to 14,000 Hz; 70° dispersion; 1/2 in. conduit.
- 120 dB peak at 1 m at rated power; UL 10 ft rating 103 dB.
- Screwdriver-set seven-position watts/impedance switch, 5.0 kΩ down to 45 Ω.
- 70.7 V taps 0.9, 1.8, 3.8, 7.5 and 15 W give 93, 96, 98, 101 and 103 dB at 10 ft.
- 25 V taps 0.48, 0.94, 1.8, 7.5 and 15 W give 90, 93, 96, 101 and 103 dB at 10 ft; position 6 is marked do not use on 70 V.
- UL 1480 listed as a fire protective signalling speaker; suitable for supervised circuits.
- Epoxy-coated metal and ABS, weather resistant, -35°C to 66°C.
