An EST4 cabinet inner door carries a row of module positions. Where a job does not use every one, Edwards lists the 4-FIL so the opening is covered and the door presents a finished face. It is a plate and nothing more: no indicators, no switches, no electronics, so it draws no current and takes no address. The Technical Specifications table gives each display module a column and the 4-FIL none.
