Edwards 3-LRMF — blank plate that closes an unused local rail module space in an EST3 cabinet or chassis.

EST3 panel electronics are built as Local Rail Modules, or LRMs, which mount to the inner chassis away from high voltages, each with removable terminal blocks and plug-in connectors. The positions they occupy are called rail slots, and the CPU module always takes slots 1 and 2. Edwards states that where empty rail spaces remain in a cabinet you should consider installing 3-LRMF blank plates to fill them.

Fills one EST3 local rail module space
Described by Edwards only as a blank plate, with no electronics or terminals
Named in EST3 Installation and Service Manual 270380-EN, revisions 016 and 017
A 3-CHAS7 chassis provides seven rail spaces; the 3-CAB5 enclosure provides five
Control-display modules mount on a working LRM, not on this plate

Do not confuse it with 3-ANNBF, the blank filler plate for 3-ANN remote annunciator cabinets, or with the inner door filler plate supplied as part of the 3-ASU and 3-FTCU chassis assemblies.
