Edwards 3-4ANN — four-position EST3 base annunciator supplied with an annunciator CPU, two 3-ANNSM support modules and doors.
EST3 remote annunciators let a status display sit where responders arrive rather than at the panel. This is the carrier: it brings the CPU that talks to the network and the modules that displays plug over.
- Four module positions; the 3-ANNCPU3 occupies two and each 3-ANNSM occupies one
- A 3-LCD eight-line display mounts over the CPU; a 3-LCDXL1 takes the CPU plus two more positions
- The 3-LCDXL1KBL cable is not required in a 3-4ANN with a 3-LCDXL1; only 3-6ANN and 3-10ANN need it
- RS-485 over twisted pair, 18 to 14 AWG, Class A or B, up to 5,000 ft between any three panels
- At 24 Vdc the CPU draws 144 mA in standby and in alarm, and each support module 10 mA
- 0 to 49 °C, 93 percent relative humidity non-condensing
The wallbox is a separate catalogue number and nothing mounts without it: 4ANN/B flush or 4ANN/B-S surface. Display and control modules are ordered separately, with a 3-FP filler plate for each 3-ANNSM left unpopulated. 3-6ANN and 3-10ANN are the larger sizes.
