BRK CO710 10 Year Battery CO Alarm with Digital Display (1039753)

BRK CO710 — battery-only carbon monoxide alarm built around a sealed ten-year lithium power cell, with a backlit digital display.

The cell is sealed in and cannot be removed, so there is no annual battery change and no borrowed-battery failure; the alarm runs untouched and is replaced whole at end of life. It is intended for residential and institutional use, including sleeping rooms in hospitals, hotels and dormitories.

• Electrochemical CO sensor; 85 dB horn at 10 feet
• Sealed, tamperproof 3 V lithium cell rated for 10 years of continuous protection
• Display shows CO in PPM, peak level memory, and room temperature in standby
• Alarms at 70 PPM in 60 to 240 minutes, 150 PPM in 10 to 50 minutes, 400 PPM in 4 to 15 minutes
• End-of-life chirp calls for replacement 120 months after installation
• 4.75" × 2.63" × 0.94", 4.8 oz; wall or tabletop at 3 ft or less; listed to UL 2034

Do not confuse it with the plug-in alarms beside it. CO615 and CO605 run on 120 V AC with replaceable AA cells, and CO600 has neither display nor backup. The CO710 senses carbon monoxide only and has no smoke chamber.
