Air Products and Controls SM-501-P is a four-wire photoelectric duct smoke detector with universal voltage input. It detects smoke and the products of combustion in air moving through an HVAC duct, and it is used on supply ducts, return ducts or both.
It is a retrofit option for the discontinued RW Series and accepts plug-in photoelectric heads. Sampling tubes are ordered separately to match the width of the duct.
