ABC agent is a siliconized mono ammonium phosphate powder that melts at roughly 350°F to insulate Class A material, smothers Class B fires and will not conduct electricity back to the operator. The TS build puts that cylinder in a strap bracket, which keeps it seated in a truck or on mobile equipment.
