ABC or multi-purpose dry chemical is a fluidized and siliconized mono ammonium phosphate. It insulates a Class A fire by melting at roughly 350 °F and coating the surface, smothers a Class B fire, and will not conduct electricity back to the operator. The T suffix identifies the bracket, not the extinguisher: Amerex lists this cylinder as B402 with a wall bracket and as B402T with vehicle bracket 818.
