An included integrated NTC temperature sensor reads water temperature within the appliance up to 221 F (105 C).\r\n\r\n\u003cbr\u003e\u003cbr\u003e\u003cb\u003eApplication\u003c\/b\u003e\r\n\u003cbr\u003eThe WT8840 Water Heater Control is designed for use\r\nin Standing Pilot applications using an immersion\r\nwell for water temperature sensing. All models of\r\nWT8840 include an integrated NTC temperature\r\nsensor.\r\n\u003cbr\u003e\u003cbr\u003eThe WT8840 is powered from a thermopile heated by\r\nthe standing pilot flame. CS8840 pilot assemblies are\r\ndesigned for use with this control.\r\n\u003cbr\u003e\u003cbr\u003eThe immersion well for sensing water temperature\r\nhas matched NTC thermistor sensors.
